摘要
为提高系统的稳定运行水平,会在大容量、远距离的电力系统中加装串补装置,但加装串补装置会破坏线路均匀性,使线路上出现严重操作过电压,严重危害电力设备的绝缘。文中根据空载线路过电压产生的基本原理,采用选相关合技术抑制串补输电线路过电压。首先研究了过电压幅值与合闸相位的关系,给出了串补输电线路选相关合策略;其次提出利用Prony算法预测电压过零点,确定最佳合闸时刻;在PSCAD和MATLAB软件中搭建串补输电线路重合闸模型,对暂态过程进行了仿真,仿真结果验证了Prony算法的准确性和可行性,同时表明了选相关合串补输电线路能大大减小合闸过电压;最后分析了断路器合闸过程中绝缘衰减率RDDS和合闸时间分散性对合闸时刻的影响,得出不同关合特性下的最佳合闸时刻。
The series compensation device,which is added in the power system with large capacity and long distance,will weaken the line’s uniformity,lead to switching over-voltage on the line,and harm the insulation of electrical equipment.This study uses the controlled switching techniques to suppress the over-voltage of series compensation line according to the basic principle of generating over-voltage on no-load lines.The Prony algorithm is employed to predict the voltage crossing zero and determine the optimal closing instant.Reclosing models of the serially compensated transmission lines are built with the softwares PSCAD and MATLAB to simulate the transient process.The results verify the accuracy and feasibility of the Prony algorithm,and show that the controlled switching can effectively reduce the over-voltage of the serially compensated transmission line.In addition,the influences of the circuit breaker’s RDDS and the dispersity of closing times on the optimal closing instant is analyzed to obtain the optimal closing instants under different closing characteristics.
