桑叶、桑枝、桑白皮治疗糖尿病经验——仝小林三味小方撷萃 被引量:38

Mulberry Leaves,Mulberry Branches and Cortex Mori in the Treatment of Diabetes——Three Prescription by Professor TONG Xiaolin

摘要 桑叶、桑枝、桑白皮均来自桑树,是临床常用的清热降糖通络小方。仝小林教授认为,桑叶可散中焦及上焦郁火,临床常用剂量为15~60 g;桑白皮清肺胃之热,有"小白虎汤"之美誉,临床常用剂量为15~30 g;桑枝散四旁经络、皮腠之郁火,糖尿病末梢神经病变兼有血糖高者尤宜,临床常用剂量为15~30 g。三药各30 g,其降糖力度大约相当于阿卡波糖50~75 mg,3次/d的效果。三味药组成糖尿早期中满内热阶段的态靶同调小方,既能针对"热态",又具有明确的降糖疗效,同时桑叶、桑枝为芳香茎藤类通络药物,在糖络病的预防和治疗中亦可起到重要作用。 Mulberry Leaves,Mulberry Branches and Cortex Mori are all from mulberry trees,which are commonly used prescription for clearing"heat",reducing blood glucose and dredging collaterals.According to Professor TONG Xiaolin,mulberry leaves can be used to disperse"heat"in middle jiao and upper jiao with a commonly used dose of 15-60 g;Cortex Mori can clearing"heat"of lung and stomach,whic is similar to"Xiao Baihu decoction"with a commonly used dose of 15-30 g;Mulberry Branches can be used to disperse the stagnation of qi and blood vessels around the four limbs,especially for patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy and high blood sugar with a commonly used dose of 15-30 g.The three kinds of drugs constitute the"tai ba"homology formula in the early stage of diabetes,which can not only aim at the"hot state",but also have a clear hypoglycemic effect according to the basic experiment.At the same time,Mulberry Leaves,Mulberry Branches are aromatic stem and rattan drugs,which can also play an important role in the prevention and treatment of diabetic collaterals.
