摘要
对口支援是中央为缩短东、西部地区的经济差距,扩大内需,保持中西部地区的政治和社会的稳定做出的重要决策。在支援工作中,广大教育部部属高校响应中央号召,从制度层面及各业务领域,整体投入、全方位发力,为西部地区高校发展、人才培养质量的全面提升做出了很大的贡献。
Pairing-assistance is an important decision made by the Party Central Committee to shorten the economic gap between eastern and western regions,expand domestic demand,and maintain political and social stability in central and western regions.In the assistance work,the universities administrated by the Ministry of Education at large actively responded to the call of the Party Central Committee and,at an institutional level and in all business areas,integrally input and made all-round efforts,making a great contribution to the development of colleges and universities in the western region and to the comprehensive improvement of talent cultivation quality.
