摘要
温度是植物生长发育的重要影响因素,提高植物的抗寒性对农业生产至关重要。近年来,随着生物技术在作物育种领域的应用,借助基因工程来获得抗寒种质资源已成为重要的育种途径。本文利用现有文献资料,对国内外相关的植物抗寒基因工程研究进展做一简述。
Temperature is an important factor affecting plant growth and development,Improving cold resistance of plants is crucial to agricultural production.In recent years,with the application of biotechnology in crop breeding,using genetic engineering to obtain cold-resistant germplasm resources has become an important breeding approach.In this paper,the research progress of plant cold resistance gene engineering was briefly reviewed by using the existing literature.
