水动力清创系统在临床中的应用进展 被引量:9

摘要 水动力清创系统是一种新兴的清创系统,其原理主要基于高压水流切割及文丘里效应,并通过控制档位来控制水流速度,从而实现选择性分离不同弹性和韧性组织的目的。目前广泛应用于临床,其较传统的清创方式具有高度的组织选择性、手术时间短、住院时间短、创伤小等优势,但是也具有污染手术室环境、费用贵等不足。本文主要就水动力清创系统在临床上的应用及其优缺点作一综述,使临床医师全面了解该系统的特点及其优缺点。 The hydrodynamic debridement system is an emerging debridement system.The principle is mainly based on high-pressure water flow cutting and Venturi effect,and the water flow speed can be manipulated by changing the gear position,thereby achieving selective separation of different elastic and tough organizations.It is widely used in various clinical departments.It has higher organizational selectivity,shorter operation time,shorter hospital stay and less trauma than traditional debridement methods,but it also has the disadvantage of polluting the operating room environment and expensive use.This article mainly reviews the clinical application and advantages and disadvantages of the hydrodynamic debridement system,so that clinicians can fully understand the characteristics,advantages and disadvantages of the hydrodynamic debridement system.
