摘要
习近平在十九大报告中指出内蒙古到本世纪中叶把人民军队全面建成世界一流军队作为强军目标,这不仅为我国国防和军队建设指明了发展方向,同时也为新时代大学生军事技能训练赋予了时代内涵。文章以作者多年普通高校军事理论课程教学和军事技能训练组织与管理经验为基础,梳理剖析目前普通高校军事技能训练实践课程的现状及困境,思考课程存在的问题并追溯其根源,以党在新形势下的强军目标为统领,结合普通高校课程建设的规律与特点,探索军事技能训练实践课程新的教学与管理模式。
Xi Jinping pointed out in the report of the 19th National Congress that by the middle of this century,the goal is to build the People's Army into a world-class army.This not only points out the direction of development of China's national defense and military construction,but also endows the college student military training with the connotation of the new era.Based on the author's many years of military theory course teaching and military skills training experience,this paper combs and analyzes the current situation of military skills training courses in universities,expounds the problems existing in courses,traces back their root causes,and explores the teaching and management mode of the course based on the target of building a strong army under the new situation of the Party and the rules and characteristics of the course construction in universities and colleges.
