摘要
邮轮旅游是旅游业中增长最快、 经济贡献最显著的旅游方式之一.但邮轮旅游的快速发展不可避免的带来了许多环境问题,邮轮活动消耗的能源、 占用的资源、 排放的废弃物等均对港口社区、 沿海环境、 海洋生态、 目的地自然资源等产生严重影响.随着时代的变化,传统的以"股东财富最大化"为目的的企业生产经营方式已经过时,企业为了长远的发展不仅仅要保证其经济利益,同时也要注重环境保护责任.文章主要通过分析企业环境行为现状,运用回归分析研究环境行为与企业绩效的关系.结论表明,邮轮公司为改善环境作出贡献,加强环境管理,虽然会增加企业的费用,但从长远来看,企业积极投身环境保护行动中有利于提高企业的公众形象,给企业带来积极影响,提高企业绩效.
Cruise tourism is one of the fastest growing and most significant economic contributions to tourism. However,the rapid development of cruise tourism inevitably brings about many environmental problems. The energy consumed,resources occupied and waste discharged by cruise activities all have a serious impact on port communities, coastal environment, marine ecology and destination natural resources.With the changes of the times, the traditional production and operation mode of enterprises with the purpose of" maximization of shareholder wealth" has become outdated. In order to achieve long-term development, enterprises should not only guarantee their economic interests, but also pay attention to the responsibility of environmental protection. This paper studies the relationship between environmental behavior and enterprise performance by using regression analysis. The conclusion shows that although the cruise company makes contributions to improve the environment and strengthens environmental management, it will increase the cost of the enterprise, but in the long run, the active involvement of the enterprise in the environmental protection action is conducive to improve the public image of the enterprise, bring positive influence to the enterprise, and improve the enterprise performance.
