摘要
在国际政治与经济的焦点问题中,环境问题一直处于中心地位。改革开放后,中国经济进入了高速发展阶段,但同时也遇到了一系列的环境问题。在经济社会繁荣发展的今天,企业既是经济贡献者,也是污染排放者。根据“谁污染谁治理,谁开发谁保护”这一基本原则,企业应承担起环境管理和保护的责任。本文聚焦于企业环境行为,梳理企业环境行为、环境规制和公司治理相关文献,归纳企业环境行为的影响因素,并分析中国企业环境行为的实践现状,为改善中国企业环境行为提出相关实践建议,为实现经济与社会的可持续健康发展提供参考。
In the international political and economic debates,environmental issues have always been at the center.As economic prosperity and society have flourished,enterprises have become not only major contributors to economic resources,but also primary producers of pollutants.The reform and opening up of China's economy has brought forth a period of rapid growth,yet concurrently it has been subject to a succession of environmental issues.The principle of environmental protection,which states that“whoever pollutes will control it”,necessitates enterprises to assume the responsibility of environmental control and protection.This paper examines corporate environmental behavior,reviews the related literature on corporate environmental behavior,envivomenfal regulation,and corporafe governance,summarizes the influencing factors of corporate environmental behavior,and analyzes the current situation of corporate environmental behavior in China,and puts forward relevant practical suggestions for improving corporate environmental behavior in China,so as to provide reference for ensuring sustainable and healthy economic and social progress.
