明清书院教师日常生活研究及其现代意义 被引量:1

Academy teachers in Ming and Qing dynasties: their daily activities and modern significance

摘要 书院是我国古代特有的一种有别于官学的教育机构和文化组织,为我国古代文化教育事业做出了重大的贡献。明清时期,书院数量较之前朝急剧增长,书院中的教师是维系书院发展的灵魂人物,他们的文化、经济、交往等日常生活显现出了独特的价值。针对我国现代高校教师在科教、收支、人际关系等方面的失调困境,明清书院教师的日常生活图景提供了重大启示:教学为先,科教互促;提高收入,改善待遇;"善教管建",和谐交往。 The academy is a unique educational institution and cultural organization in ancient China, which has made a significant contribution to the ancient culture and education of China. During the Ming and Qing Dynasties, the number of academies increased sharply compared with the previous periods. The teachers in the academy are the cornerstones of the academy. Their daily-life activities in culture, economy and communication have shown distinct values. In view of the dilemma of teachers in modern universities in China, such as imbalance of scientific research and teaching, income and expenditure, and interpersonal relationships, the daily-life picture of teachers in Ming and Qing academies gives enlightenments: teaching coming first and scientific research and teaching promoting each other;teachers′ income rising and treatment improvement;"improving, educating, managing, and constructing", harmonious association.
