摘要
近年来中日两国都不约而同地开始进行母语教育大改革。日本于2017年3月发布了最新的母语课程标准,并正在进行新版教材的最后审核工作。我国也于2018年9月开始在全国的部分年级统一使用教育部编义务教育语文课本,这也是我国语文教材几十年来的一次大规模的改革。本着相互借鉴、相互参照的研究目的,聚焦第一学段,从最新课程标准和主要教材两个角度,考察中日两国母语教育中语言知识与能力教育的异同。分析发现我国比较重视语言知识的学习,尤其是字和词。强调语言知识的体系性,对语言能力要求得十分具体详细。日本比较重视语言能力的锻炼,尤其是阅读、写作和口语交际领域。
in recent years, both China and Japan have started the reform of mother tongue education. In March 2017, Japan issued a new curriculum criterion for mother tongue education, and its latest textbook is undergoing revision. In September 2018,Chinese textbooks compiled by the Ministry of Education for compulsory education started to be used in some grades nationwide, a large-scale reform of Chinese textbooks in the past decades. In order to learn from each other, this paper focuses on the first period education of primary school and analyzes the latest curriculum criterion of mother tongue textbooks of the two countries It compares their differences and similarities in language knowledge and skills teaching. China attaches great importance to the study of language knowledge, especially words and phrases. It emphasizes the systematization of language knowledge and the specific requirements of language ability. Japan attaches great importance to the training of language skills, especially in the areas of reading, writing and oral communication.
