陆地棉耐盐表型数据的遗传多样性研究 被引量:6

摘要 利用聚类分析法和主成分分析法,综合评价分析了319份陆地棉材料的遗传多样性。结果表明,所选13个性状的遗传多样性指数平均值为2.04,证明陆地棉遗传多样性非常丰富。该批材料衣分最小,蕾铃脱落率最大,说明在盐胁迫下衣分依然能稳定遗传。农艺性状与产量性状表现为正相关性的居多;5个主成分累积贡献率为87.639%,可分为三类因子,将能够对纤维品质与性状进行客观反映的归为第1类因子,将能够对产量等经济性状进行反映的因子归为第2类因子,而将能够对植株的长势进行反映的因子归为第3类因子。聚类分析表明,所有材料可划分成七类,其中的第Ⅴ类材料被选作为耐盐性资源材料,用来筛选与挖掘耐盐性基因。 The genetic diversity of 319 upland cotton materials was evaluated by cluster analysis and principal component analysis.The results showed that the average value of genetic diversity index among the selected 13 traits was 2.04,indicating that the genetic diversity of upland cotton was very rich.Among these materials,the ginning outturn content was the smallest,and the bud shedding rate was the largest,which indicated that the ginning outturn content could still inherit stably under salt stress.Most agronomic traits showed positive correlation with yield traits.The accumulating contribution rate of the five principal components was 87.639%,which could be roughly divided into three types of factors.The factors that could objectively reflect fiber quality and traits were classified as the first type factor,the factors that could reflect economic traits such as yield were classified as the second type factor,and the factors that could reflect plant growth were classified as the third type factor.Cluster analysis showed that all the materials could be divided into seven categories,among them the firstⅤmaterials were selected as the salt-resistance germplasms.It could be used for screening and mining the salt-resistance genes.
