紧贴局部深基坑的既有砌体结构损伤演变 被引量:1

摘要 由于某地铁沿线建设通风口的局部基坑贴近某砌体建筑,对该既有砌体建筑进行了长期跟踪监测。通过砌体建筑裂缝发展判断局部基坑对该建筑产生的损伤。结合沉降观测数据进一步印证了局部基坑对砌体结构的损伤,并得出了局部基坑开挖对周边的影响范围。结果表明:局部基坑开挖对贴近砌体建筑产生有限损伤,可在对既有砌体建筑采取保全监测措施后施工,不需要征拆。采用地下连续墙支护的局部深基坑对周边的影响范围为基坑开挖深度的2倍。 Due to the partial deep foundation pit of the vent built along a subway line is close to a masonry building,the existing masonry building is monitored for a long time.The damage of masonry building caused by partial foundation pit is judged by the crack development.Combined with the settlement observation data,the damage of masonry structure caused by partial foundation pit is further confirmed,and the influence region of partial foundation pit supported by diaphragm wall is obtained.The results showed that the partial foundation pit excavation has limited damage to the masonry buildings close to it,and the existing masonry buildings can be retrofitted after the preservation and monitoring measures are taken,rather than demolition.The influence area of partial deep foundation pit supported by underground diaphragm wall is twice the excavation depth.
