The monitoring analysis of foodborne diseases in Xiangtan in 2016-2017

摘要 目的通过对2016-2017年湘潭市度食源性疾病监测数据的整理分析,掌握本地区食源性疾病的发病及流行趋势,提高食源性疾病的预警与控制能力。方法利用食源性疾病监测报告系统收集2016-2017年湘潭市的监测数据,按发病时间、年龄、初步诊断、暴露食品、包装状态、就餐场所等进行统计分析。结果 6~9月份病例占全年的50.17%;1~4岁年龄组、10~19岁年龄组和20~29岁年龄组发病人数占所有发病人数的40.97%,暴露食品中以粮食及其制品、肉及肉制品和水产及其制品所占比重最大;就餐地点以家庭和餐饮业发生食源性疾病最多。结论食源性疾病的高发期应提高食源性疾病暴发监测与报告系统的效率和质量,开展针对性防控,密切关注疾病高发季节、高危人群和暴露食品,有效控制食源性疾病的暴发流行。 Objective By analysing surveillance data of foodborne diseases in Xiangtan from 2016 to 2017,to research the incidence and epidemic trend of foodborne diseases in the area, and to improve the ability of early warning and control of foodborne diseases. Methods By collecting the surveillance data of foodborne diseases in Xiangtan in 2016-2017 in the foodborne diseases surveillance and reporting system,to establish an foodborne diseases surveillance Excel-database, which is analysed by onset time, age, preliminary diagnosis, exposed food, packing state and dining place. Results 50.17 % of the total cases were found from June to September, 40.97 % of the total cases were in the age group of 1-4, 10-19 and 20-29 years. Principal food, meat and meat products, aquatic and aquatic products was the largest proportion in the exposed foods. The incidence of foodborne diseases was the highest in families and catering.Conclusions The efficiency and quality of foodborne diseases surveillance and reporting system should be improved in the high incidence period of foodborne diseases, and the targeted prevention and control should be carried out. Pay close attention to the season of high incidence of foodborne diseases, high-risk groups and exposed food,to effectively control the outbreak of foodborne diseases.
