摘要
目的探讨盐酸舍曲林治疗伴幻听重度抑郁症的临床疗效及安全性.方法对30例伴有幻听的重度抑郁症患者予以盐酸舍曲林治疗,并根据患者情况联合氟伏沙明、喹硫平、利培酮或氨磺必利、阿立哌唑治疗.观察3个月,随访1 a统计复发状况.结果本组痊愈23例,好转3例,无效4例(因消化道副反应中断治疗2例,控制效果不佳2例).本组76.7%的患者治疗1个月2个月痊愈.随访1 a复发3例.结论舍曲林治疗伴有幻听的重度抑郁疗效较好,能有效控制幻听症状,改善患者情绪,复发率较低,安全性高.
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of sertraline hydrochloride in the treatment of severe depression with auditory hallucinations.Methods 30 patients with severe depression with auditory hallucinations were treated with sertraline hydrochloride and combined with fluvoxamine,quetiapine,risperidone,amisulpride or aripiprazole according to the patients condition.After 3 months of observation,the recurrence status was counted at 1 a follow-up.Results In this group,23 cases were cured,3 cases were improved,4 cases were ineffective(2 cases were discontinued due to digestive side effects,and 2 cases were poorly controlled).76.7% of the patients in this group were cured from medication for 1 month to 2 months.Three patients were relapsed after 1 year of follow-up.Conclusions Sertraline is effective in the treatment of severe depression associated with auditory hallucinations.It can effectively control auditory hallucinations,improve patient mood,lower recurrence rate and has high safety.
