摘要
该文以晋江市磁灶中心卫生院迁建项目的建筑方案为例,分析了在有限投资和不利地形等限定条件下,如何通过对医院的功能、流线、空间进行研究,从建筑规模、竖向分析、设计布局、环境设计几点分析和解决问题,得出卫生院建筑设计的方法及要点,进而通过BIM手段进行专业协同和后期管理,并提出运用人流模拟软件VISSIM 3D进行营运空间模拟优化设计。在设计中更多关怀了使用者的心理,总结提出了模块化、可持续性、绿色建筑等建筑特点。
Taking the architectural design of Jinjiang Cizao Center Hospital relocation project design as an example, we analyze how to study the function, streamline and space of the hospital under limited and unfavorable conditions. Then we analyze and solve the problems from the scale of the building, the vertical analysis, the design and layout, the environment design, we obtain the methods and main points of hospital architectural design. Professional coordination and post-management were carried out through BIM means, and the operational space simulation optimization design was proposed by using the flow simulation software VISSIM 3 D. In the design, more attention has been paid to the psychology of users, and we summarize the architectural characteristics of modularization, sustainability, green building and so on.
