摘要
针对近年来线路开关失灵时,母线失灵电压闭锁元件灵敏度不足的问题,从其动作原理进行定量分析,明确失灵线路阻抗与系统等值阻抗的比例关系是影响失灵电压闭锁灵敏度的主要因素;对于不同电压闭锁方式,在线路阻抗与系统等值阻抗的比例超过一定数值时,将导致母线失灵电压闭锁灵敏度天然不足。在分析国内对该问题所提出的一些解决措施的基础上,提出一种基于阻抗量的失灵保护闭锁方案,该方案充分利用故障后的电压量和电流量来综合判断失灵元件的故障状态,原理成熟可靠,具有很高的可靠性和灵敏度。仿真结果表明,该方案能有效解决失灵电流判别元件无法躲过负荷电流和电压灵敏度不足的问题。
To solve a problem of lacking sensitivity of busbar voltage failure blocking component in case of line switch failure in recent years,this paper makes quantitative analysis from the principle of its action,and clarifies the main reason affecting sensitivity of failure voltage blocking is the proportional relation between failure line impedance and equivalent impedance of the system.It points out under different voltage blocking modes,when the ratio exceeds a certain value,the sensitivity of busbar failure voltage blocking is naturally insufficient.After analyzing some solutions to this problem in domestic,it proposes a new impedance-based breaker failure protection blocking scheme which makes the best of voltage and current after the failure to comprehensively judge the fault state of the malfunctioning component.The principle of this scheme is mature and reliable,with high reliability and sensitivity.The simulation results show that the proposed scheme can effectively solve the problem that the fault current discriminating component can not escape insufficient sensitivity of the load current and voltage.
