摘要
变电站是电能传输过程的重要环节,在电力系统中有着非常重要的作用。站内断路器拒绝动作会给电网安全稳定运行带来不良影响,而断路器失灵保护很大程度上决定着断路器工作的有效性。提高失灵保护的可靠性可以有效解决断路器拒动的问题,从而为供电安全提供保障。针对常规变电站进行母线保护改造或线路保护改造的各种情况,对断路器失灵启动回路的重新设计进行详细分析,从设计源头加强断路器失灵保护功能的作用,消除因失灵保护功能设计错误原因造成的线路故障和损失。
Substation is an important part of power transmission and plays a very important role in power system.Breaker failures in the substation bring adverse effects to the safe operation of power grid,and the breaker failure protection largely determines the effectiveness of the work of the breaker.The improvement of the failure protection can effectively solve the breaker failures and provide the security of power supply.This paper makes a detailed analysis of the redesign of the breaker failure protection circuit during the transformation of bus protection or line protection in conventional substation.The redesign can strengthen the positive role of breaker failure protection function from the design source,and eliminate the line failure and loss caused by the failure design of protection function.
