摘要
在创新驱动发展战略背景下,福建省要想实现出口贸易竞争力的提升,需要思考技术创新提升福建出口贸易竞争力的新模式。在梳理福建省技术创新、出口贸易和高新技术产品出口等方面概况的基础上,运用1997~2017年福建省技术创新和进出口数据进行多元回归分析和协整分析,重点研究技术创新因素对福建省出口贸易及高新技术产品出口的影响结果显示,福建省技术创新相关的研发投入、人力资本水平和高新技术产品进口额等因素对福建省出口贸易和高新技术产品出口的提升有重要影响。因此,提升福建省出口贸易竞争力必须强化政策资源配置,加大贸易产品技术创新投入,加快发展新业态经济和利用技术创新营造良好环境。
In the background of the innovation-driven development strategy,to improve the competitiveness of export trade of Fujian province,it is necessary to find a new mode according that technological innovation is used to improve the competiveness of the Fujian export trade.Analyzing the general situation of the technological innovation,export trade and high-tech products export of Fujian Province,as well as the impact of technological innovation,on export trade of this province,this paper focuses on the study of the impact of technological innovation on the Fujian export trade and high-tech products export trade,with the data of the technological innovation and import and export of Fujian Province between 1997 and 2017 used for Multiple Regression Analysis and Cointegration Analysis.Results show that factors such as the Fujian investment in technological innovation related research and development,its human capital level and its high-tech products import have important impact on the export trade and the improvement of high-tech products export of Fujian Province.To improve the competitiveness of export trade of Fujian Province,it is necessary strengthen the allocation of policy resources,increase the investment in the technological innovation of foreign-trade-oriented products,quicken the new business economy and apply technological innovation to the creation of a ggod environment.
