摘要
本文通过对食品质量与安全专业实践教学存在问题进行分析,探索实践教学改革的措施,为食品质量与安全专业实践教学体系建设与改革提供参考。
Based on the analysis of current teaching situation to explore the measures of practical teaching reform,to provide reference for the construction and reform of practical teaching system of food quality and safety specialty.
