摘要
当前,信息化数字化浪潮席卷全球、方兴未艾。基于数字化背景下食品科学与工程专业对人才培养提出的新要求,高效利用虚拟仿真平台实现混合式教学。以“认识实习”实践课程为例,从构建原因、教学过程和效果评价等方面阐述基于虚拟仿真平台的混合教学模式的具体实践探索,以期打造多层次、多形式、高度开发、独具特色的“认识实习”实践课程,为培养食品专业高水平人才提供新的教学思路。
The wave of informatization and digitalization has swept the world and is on the rise.Under the backdrop of digitalization,the revised standards for talent cultivation in food science and engineering necessitate innovative teaching methods.Effectively leveraging the virtual simulation platform,blended teaching is now being realized.Using the"Cognition Practice"course as a case study,expound the concrete practical exploration of the hybrid teaching mode based on virtual simulation platform from the aspects of construction reason,teaching process and effect evaluation,in order to create multi-level,multi-form,highly developed,unique"understanding practice"practice course,and to train high-level food professional talents to provide new teaching ideas.
