摘要
基本变量同时与概率分布函数和模糊隶属函数相关联,是结构可靠性问题中模糊性和随机性结合的一类特殊情况。为解决其可靠性评估问题,本文运用模糊集理论将这类问题等效为变量取值受模糊约束的概率可靠性问题;进一步基于模糊事件的概率测度理论和模糊事件的条件概率原理,建立了一种新的结构可靠性模型。新模型能与已有的关于模糊失效、模糊随机混合、模糊随机耦合等结构可靠性模型相统一,可用于发展模糊、随机复杂作用的结构可靠性统一理论。
In one special case of the problem of structural reliability,exhibiting both fuzziness and randomness,the basic variables are associated with both a probability distribution function and a fuzzy membership function.In order to solve this special reliability problem,this paper approached the problem as one of random reliability,wherein the values of the random variables are constrained by fuzzy sets.Our method utilized the probability measures of fuzzy events theory and the conditional probability principle.We propose the applicability of this method to a new reliability model for structures.The new method is unified with the existing structural reliability models,such as random variables with fuzzy failure criteria,hybrid random and fuzzy variables,and fuzzy random variables.The new model can also be used to develop the unified structual reliability model with the complex coexistence of fuzziness and randomness.
