摘要
以报考北京林业大学的学生为调查对象,通过问卷调查方式,从影响考研动机与需求两大方面进行分析。结果发现,影响学生考研动机的因素可分为两大类,一是学生自身的因素;二是外部因素。在学生自身因素中,女生和往届生的择校主要动机是提升学历和求职需要。外部因素中,影响学生择校的主要因素是学科特色、学校实力和导师实力。其中导师的实力、奖助学金的力度、宿舍环境是学生择校的主要考察的因素。
Taking the students who applied for Beijing Forestry University as the object through questionnaire survey,the paper analyzes the two aspects of motivation and demand.We found that the factors influencing students′ motivation for postgraduate entrance examination can be divided into two categories,one is the student′s own factors;the other is the external factor.Among the students′ own factors,the main motivation for the choice of girls and previous students is to improve their academic qualifications and job search needs.Among the external factors,the main factors affecting students′ choice of school are the characteristics of the discipline,the strength of the school and the strength of the tutor.The strength of the tutor,the strength of the scholarship,and the dormitory environment are the main factors for students to choose a school.
