摘要
运用问卷调查对362名大学生的考研动机进行调查,用层次分析法对大学生考研动机的影响因素进行深入分析,确定各指标权重,构建判断矩阵并进行一致性检验,在此基础上计算各影响因子的权重。研究结果表明,层次分析法能够比较准确计算出大学生考研动机各影响因素之间的强弱关系以及各因子影响考研动机的具体情况,大学生考研动机影响因素由强到弱的关系依次为:个体自身,社会舆论,外部支持,高等院校。个体自身因素中努力提高自身价值显著高于其它因子;社会舆论因素中,社会对人才的需求高于就业压力;外部支持中,家庭经济条件显著高于其它因子。
A questionnaire survey of 362 college students study motivation investigation,in-depth analysis of influencing factors by AHP method on university students motivation,are used to determine the weight of each index,construct judgment matrix and consistency test,on the basis of calculating the weight of each factor.The results show that the AHP can accurately calculate the specific situation between the influence factors of university students motivation and the factors influencing the strength of the relationship between their motive,motivation influence factors of college students graduate from strong to weak relationship:individual,social public opinion,external support,institutions of higher learning.In individual factors,efforts to improve their own value are significantly higher than other factors.In social public opinion,social demand for talents is higher than employment pressure,and family economic conditions are significantly higher than other factors in external support.
