摘要
中国在线课程学分管理正面临缺乏统一制度规范、学分效力遭受质疑等困境。在借鉴国外在线课程学分认证和学分银行经验基础上,提出中国在线课程学分管理的组织框架、监管流程和保障机制等建议,可为改进中国在线课程学分管理机制提供一定思路。
The credit management mechanism of online courses in China is faced with some difficulties such as lack of uniform system norms and questioning of credit effectiveness. Based on the experience of credit certification of online courses and credit bank abroad, the paper puts forward some suggestions on the organization framework, supervision process and guarantee mechanism of credit management of online courses in China, which can provide some references for improving the credit management mechanism of online courses in China.
