摘要
党员组织归属感是党组织号召力、凝聚力和战斗力的形成基础。培育和增强大学生党员组织归属感是高校全面加强党的建设和搞好学生党建工作的着力点和重要抓手。培育和增强大学生党员组织归属感,可从三方面进行:开展理想信仰教育,培育大学生党员在党言党的角色意识;推进依法治党战略,强化大学生党员在党忧党的党性原则;加强党内民主建设,激发大学生党员在党为党的政治担当。
The sense of belonging to the Party is the basis for the formation of the appeal force, cohesionforce and combat effectiveness of the Communist Party of China. To cultivate and strengthen the sense of belonging amongcollege student Party members is the key point for colleges and universities to comprehensively consolidate the work of party building. To cultivate and strengthen the sense of belonging among college student Party members, we can proceed from three aspects, namely carrying out the education on ideal beliefs, cultivating the role consciousness of college student party members,promotingthe strategy of administering the Party according to law, stressing the principle that college student party members should be concerned about the Party,strengthening the construction of democracy within the Party, and stimulating college student Party members to take political responsibility of the Party.
