摘要
目的:分析四川省基层医疗卫生机构全科医生转岗培训结业考核成绩相关影响因素,为选送培训学员、改进培训方法和制定培训策略提供科学依据。方法:收集2015-2016年2277名完成全科医生转岗培训考核的结业考核成绩,对结果进行统计描述并对其影响因素进行统计分析。结果:完成结业考核女性学员(828例)、男性学员(1449例)的成绩分别为(78.49±8.26)和(77.06±8.38),女性学员成绩高于男性学员(P<0.05);年龄20~29岁(325例)、30~39岁(1059例)和40岁及以上(893例)的学员成绩分别为(76.28±9.70)、(78.86±7.75)和(76.53±8.33),30~39岁学员成绩高于其他两组(P<0.05);执业类别为临床学员(1722例)、其他执业类别学员(555例)的成绩分别为(78.23±8.18)和(75.55±8.60),执业类别为临床学员的成绩高于其他执业类别学员(P<0.05);本科学历(319例)、专科学历(1247例)专科以下学历(711例)的成绩分别为(80.20±6.96)、(78.01±7.84)和(75.64±9.35),学历为本科学历成绩高于其他两组(P<0.05)。结论:基层医疗卫生机构全科医生转岗培训学员的性别、年龄、执业类别和学历是影响结业考核成绩的重要因素。
Objective To analyze the factors to influence the examination results in general practitioners’ job-transfer training in Sichuan Province, and provide scientific basis for improving it. Methods The graduation skills examination results of 2277 general practitioners between 2015 and 2016 were collected and statistically analyzed. Results The graduation examination result of female(828) and male(1449) students was(78.49±8.26) and(77.06±8.38), respectively. Female’s score of examination was higher than male’s(P<0.05). The graduation examination results of general practitioners aged 20-29 years(325), 30-39 years(1059) and over or equal to 40 years(893) was(76.28±9.70),(78.86±7.75) and(76.53±8.33), respectively. The score of general practitioners aged 30-39 years was higher than than others(P<0.05). The graduation examination results of general practitioners majored in clinic(1722) and other practicing categories(555) was(78.23±8.18) and(75.55±8.60), respectively. The score of clinical practitioners was higher than others(P<0.05). And the graduation examination results of general practitioners with bachelor degree(319), college degree(1247) and lower(711) was(80.20±6.96),(78.01±7.84) and(75.64±9.35), respectively. The score of general practitioners with bachelor degree was the highest(P<0.05). Conclusion The factors of gender, age, practicing category and education background can influence the score of general practitioners’ job-transfer training examination.
