摘要
探究西藏新工科人才培养机制与措施,创新性地改进西藏新工科人才培养模式,培养适合西藏经济社会发展实际的新工科人才,对推进新形势下西藏经济社会跨越式发展和长治久安具有重要的现实意义。在分析西藏新工科人才培养的现实瓶颈和“三创”教育适切性基础上,提出“三创”教育融入西藏新工科人才培养全过程的框架体系,从顶层设计和新理念、新课程、新教法、新平台、新评价等方面探索西藏新工科人才培养。
On the basis of analyzing the realistic bottleneck of talent cultivation in Tibet new engineering and the appropriateness of“three creations”education,the paper proposes a framework system for integrating the“three creations”education into the whole process of talent cultivation in Tibet,including the top design and new concepts,new courses,explore new talents in Tibet with new teaching methods,new platforms,and new evalua tions.
