摘要
随着社会的不断发展,人们对城市的交通状况越来越重视,停车难给立体车库行业带来了巨大市场。停车装置的发展是大势所趋,它充分利用土地资源,节省投资成本。针对当今社会汽车增长率高、老旧小区停车位日益紧张的问题,设计了一种无避让式小型停车装置。完成了无避让式小型停车装置的总体方案设计、传动装置设计、选型以及关键零部件的强度校核,应用UG和SolidWorks软件进行了三维模型仿真分析,设计参照《机械设计手册》相关标准,满足设计要求。该装置充分利用老旧小区的现有条件,无需重新规划改建停车区域,增加了停车位的数量;同时,上、下两层车辆的存取工作互不干扰,可实现高效停车,有效解决停车难这一问题。
With the continuous development of society,people has paid more and more attention to the traffic conditions of the city,and parking problem brought a huge market to the three-dimensional garage industry.The development of parking devices is the trend of the time,it makes full use of land resources and saves investment costs.In view of the high growth rate of cars in today’s society,and the increasingly tight parking spaces in old district,a non-avoidable small parking device was designed.The design process included the overall design of the non-avoidable small parking device,the completed the transmission design,selection and strength check of key components.By using UG and SolidWorks software,performed 3 Dmodel simulation analysis.The design referred to the relevant standards of the mechanical design manual to meet the design requirements.The device made full use of the existing conditions of the old community without re-planning the parking area,but the number of parking spaces can be increased.At the same time,the access work of the upper and lower two-story vehicles did not interfere with each other,which achieved efficient parking and effectively solved the problem of parking difficulties.
