摘要
针对城市老旧小区停车难的问题,设计了一款双层立体侧向停车装置,可在一个车位上同时停放两辆车。该装置主要由弧形链条机构、虚拟四杆机构、斜坡推杆机构、电动推杆及蜗轮蜗杆减速器等部件组成。上层停车板运行时由弧形链条带动,从地面沿圆弧形轨迹抬升,一次停车就位,实现了上下层车位无避让停车;下层停车装置由电动推杆及滑轮组成,达到快速进出的目的。该停车装置的顶部装有光伏蓄能电板,既能达到节能环保且高效运行的目的,又起到了对车辆进行有效保护及延缓零件老化的作用。
To solve the problem of parking in the old urban residential areas,a duplex parking device is designed which could allow for lateral parking and be capable of parking two cars in the same space.The device consists mainly of arc-chain mechanism,virtual four-bar mechanism,push rod mechanism,linear actuator,worm reducer,and so forth.The upper parking plate could be elevated in place directly along with the circular curve by using arc-charm transmission mechanism and realize the conception of avoidance parking while the lower one consists of electric putter and pulleys so that it could be moved fast.There is a piece of photovoltaic panel at the top of the equipment,which not only could ensure the effective operation and the energy saving but also protect the vehicle and delay the aging of spare parts.
