摘要
磨煤机一次风量对炉膛的稳定燃烧、经济性及磨煤机本身安全有重大意义。风量的波动导致燃烧条件恶化,直接影响机组的主蒸汽压力、温度的控制,甚至将导致磨煤机跳闸,快速甩负荷,影响机组的安全稳定运行。通过对测量装置的改善,结合热态在线标定,同时对DCS计算公式的优化,减少跳变,提高机组的稳安全性、定性。
The primary air volume of coal mill is of great significance to stable combustion,economy and safety of coal mill.The fluctuation of air volume leads to the deterioration of combustion conditions,which directly affects the control of main steam pressure and temperature,and even causes the mill to trip,run back,and affects the safe and stable operation of the unit.This paper improves the measuring device,combined with thermal on-line calibration and optimizes the DCS calculation formula,to reduce the jump and improve the stability,safety and quality of the unit.
