摘要
直吹式制粉系统磨煤机入口风量测量准确与否,对锅炉的燃烧安全经济性有着很大的影响。文中比较了目前常用的各种形式的磨煤机入口风量测量装置的结构特点,并重点分析了目前磨煤机风量测量系统普遍存在的问题,可为锅炉制粉系统风量测量装置的选择、设计、标定、调试、计算提供参考。
The air flow measurement accuracy for boilers of power plants directly influences the combustion's security and economy of the boiler.In this paper,component characteristics of all kinds of the air flow measuring device commonly used at the coal-pulverizer inlet were compared,the existing problems of the air flow measuring device was mainly analyzed.It can provide reference for choosing,designing,adjusing,and calculating of air flow measuring device of boiler's pulverizing system.
