摘要 [目的/意义]旨在为慢性病患者健康信息素养教育提供参考。[方法/过程]运用扎根理论分析慢性病患者微信平台的健康信息查询行为(HISB)特点以及影响因素。[结果/结论]慢性病患者健康信息查寻动机主要为内部驱动和问题驱动;在公众号中查寻模式多为问题解答和长期关注型。内部影响因素包括健康意识、性格特点、疾病程度、知识技能以及生活方式;外部影响因素包括信息因素和社会因素。 [Purpose/significance]The paper is to provide references for chronic patients’health information literacy education.[Method/process]The paper uses grounded theory to analyze the characteristics and influencing factors of health information seeking behaviors of chronic patients on WeChat platform.[Result/conclusion]The motivations of chronic patients to search health information are mainly internal-driven and problem-driven.The search modes in public number are mostly question-answer and long-term concern type.Internal factors include health awareness,personality characteristics,disease degree,knowledge and skills,and lifestyle;external factors include information factors and social factors.
