摘要
目的分析广西省某综合性三甲医院2008-2018年传染病的流行病学分布特点,为制定该院传染病防控措施提供科学依据。方法运用描述性流行病学方法对该院2008-2018年传染病疫情资料进行分析。结果2008-2018年全院共报告传染病132336例,无甲类传染病,乙类传染病90442例、丙类传染病23711例、其他传染病18203例,分别占68.32%、17.92%、13.76%。血源及性传播传染病报告居首位(67333例,占50.88%),其次是呼吸道传染病(41340例,占31.24%)。报告总数前5位的疾病是肺结核(35604例)、乙型病毒性肝炎(35026例)、手足口病(18570例)、生殖道沙眼衣原体感染(11669例)、梅毒(7910例),分别占总报告例次的26.90%、26.47%、14.03%、8.82%、5.98%;手足口病、流行性腮腺炎的季节性比较明显。结论2008-2018年该院上报的传染病病种相对稳定,其中乙类传染病报告总数最多,血源及性传播疾病报告率最高,应重点加强监测。
Objective To analyze the epidemiological characteristics of infectious diseases from 2008 to 2018 in a comprehensive top three hospital of Guangxi,so as to provide a scientific basis for the hospital infection control and prevention measures.Methods Descriptive epidemiology method was used to analyze the epidemic situation of infectious diseases between 2008 and 2018.Results 132336 cases of infectious diseases were reported between 2008 and 2018.No Class A notifiable diseases were reported,while 90442 cases of Class B,23711 cases of Class C and 18203 cases of other infectious diseases were reported,accounting for 68.32%,17.92%and 13.76%respectively.The number of blood and sexually transmitted infections ranked first(67333 cases,50.88%),followed by respiratory infections(41340 cases,31.24%).The top 5 diseases reported were tuberculosis(35604 cases),hepatitis B virus(35026 cases),hand,foot and mouth disease(18570 cases),genital chlamydia trachomatis infection(11669 cases),syphilis(7910 cases),accounted for 26.90%,26.47%,14.03%,8.82%and 5.98%of total reported cases,respectively.Hand,foot and mouth disease and mumps are the obvious seasonal.Conclusion The infectious diseases reported between 2008 and 2018 are relatively stable,and the reported cases of Class B infectious diseases and the reported rate of blood and sexually transmitted diseases are the highest,which should be focus on strengthening monitoring.
