摘要
目的分析商洛市肾综合征出血热宿主动物的构成、携带病毒情况,为肾综合征出血热的防治提供科学依据。方法根据《陕西省肾综合征出血热宿主动物监测方案》的要求,采用夹夜法调查鼠密度,免疫荧光法检测鼠肺出血热抗原,酶联免疫法检测鼠血出血热抗体,对2013-2015年出血热宿主动物监测结果进行分析。结果 2013-2015年商洛市肾综合征出血热宿主动物的平均捕获率为6. 86%,以2013年最高。各县区以小家鼠和褐家鼠为优势鼠种。2013-2015年商洛市小家鼠、褐家鼠、黄胸鼠均检出出血热抗原阳性。2013-2014年未检出汉坦病毒,2015年检出6株汉坦病毒,分型分别为Ⅰ型汉坦病毒5株和Ⅱ汉城病毒1株,分别为柞水县5株汉坦病毒、山阳县1株汉城病毒。结论加强宿主动物的监测,落实综合性防治措施,以控制和减少病例的发生。
Objective To analyze the composition and viral status of the host animals of hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome( HFRS) in Shangluo City and to provide a scientific basis for the prevention and treatment of HFRS. Methods According to the requirements of Monitoring Program for Hemorrhagic Fever with Renal Syndrome in Host Animals in Shaanxi Province,the rat density was investigated by the night trapping method,the antigen of murine pulmonary hemorrhagic fever was detected by immunofluorescence,and the hemorrhagic fever antibodies were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. The monitoring results of hemorrhagic fever in host animals from 2013 to 2015 were analyzed. Results From 2013 to 2015,the average capture rate of HFRS in host animals in Shangluo City was 6. 86%,and the highest was in 2013. Mus musculus and Norway rat were dominant species in various counties. From 2013 to 2015,the hemorrhagic fever antigens were detected in the Mus musculus,Norway rats,and Rattus flavipectus in Shangluo City. No Hantaan virus was detected from 2013 to 2014,and 6 Hantaan virus strains were detected in 2015. The subtypes were 5 strains of type I Hantaan virus and 1 strain of type II Seoul virus,respectively. 5 strains of type I Hantaan virus were found in Zhashui County and 1 strain of type II Seoul virus was found in Shanyang County. Conclusion Host animals monitoring should be strengthened and comprehensive control measures should be implemented to control and reduce the occurrence of cases.
