摘要
采用“教师职业使命感问卷”和“教师职业倦怠问卷”对584名中小学教师进行问卷调查,结果发现:中小学教师职业使命感处于中等偏上水平,职业倦怠整体处于中等水平;不同群体教师的职业使命感和职业倦怠差异具有统计学意义;中小学教师职业使命感和职业倦怠之间存在显著的负相关;不同职业使命感的教师的职业倦怠在统计学意义上表现出了显著性差异;高低两种不同的职业使命感对教师的职业倦怠具有不同的预测效应。
This article conducted a questionnaire survey of 584 primary and middle school teachers by the Maslach Bourout Inventory(MBI)and the Scale of Teacher’s Vocational Calling(STVC)to compare teachers’sense of vocational mission and job burnout.The results showed that:Teachers in primary and secondary schools had a low level of MBI and a moderate level of the STVC;there were significant differences among different groups in MBI and STVC;a significant negative correlation existed between MBI and STVC;there was a significant difference among those with the distinct sense of duty in MBI;and STVC had a predictive effect on the levels of STVC.
