摘要
作为相控阵天线的关键组件,T/R模块的通道数多、需测试的技术指标多、测试工作量和测量数据分析工作量巨大,开发专用的T/R模块自动化测试与数据分析软件,以提高测试和测量数据分析效率。本文利用LabWindows/CVI开发了T/R模块自动化测试和数据分析软件,实现对T/R模块的通信与控制、多种标准测量仪器的控制与数据采集、数据的格式化存储、数据分析、硬件排故等功能。T/R模块自动化测试与数据分析软件的应用,能极大提高产品的测试、数据分析和交付效率。
As the key component of phased array antenna for phased array radar system,the T/R module has several features,such as multi-channel,multi-item,heavy test work and great data analysis work,and so on.The T/R module automatic test and data analysis software is designed for achieving the higher testing efficiency and data processing speed.This paper designs the software based on LabWindows/CVI.The software has several functions such as communicating and controlling the T/R module,acquiring data from standard instrument,formatted storage and data analysis,fault diagnosis for hardware.The software has achieved a good result in practical engineering application.Application results show that the software greatly improves the efficiency of product test and data analysis and delivery.
