T/R组件是相控阵雷达的关键部分,T/R组件的性能会对整个雷达系统的性能有直接的影响。本文描述了T/R组件自动测试系统的组成和功能;简单介绍了T/R组件测试方法;阐述基于VB的自动测试系统硬件和软件的设计。通过实际示例说明如何实现仪器程控、控制信号的产生和测试数据的处理。
T/R module is a key part of phased array radar. The performance of T/R module have directly influence on the performance of radar system. The composition and functions of automatic test system used in T/R module is described, and the T/ R module test methods is introducesd in brief. The hardware configuration and software design based on VB is expatiated. By application examples, how to realize remote control over devices, produce control signals and process dada is presented.
