混合α-烯烃聚合制备高黏度聚α-烯烃合成油 被引量:6

Preparation of poly-α-olefin synthetic oil with high viscosity by polymerization of mixed α-olefin

摘要 以1-癸烯、1-辛烯、1-十二烯及其混合烯烃为原料,采用Ziegler-Natta催化剂,通过两段反应温度结合模式制备高黏度聚α-烯烃(PAO)合成油,并研究了原料种类、反应温度、反应时间及催化剂用量对PAO收率和性能的影响。实验结果表明,最佳工艺条件为混合烯烃(1-辛烯与1-癸烯体积比为1)为原料,第一段于20℃反应8 h,第二段于80℃反应2 h,催化剂用量4%(w),n(Al):n(Ti)=3.5。此工艺条件下,PAO收率为91.01%,运动黏度(100℃)为42.03 mm2/s,黏度指数为157,闪点为288℃,倾点为-44℃。在反应温度230℃、反应压力4.0 MPa、体积空速0.2 h^-1、氢油体积比300的条件下加氢精制,PAO加氢产品的运动黏度(100℃)为41.27 mm^2/s,黏度指数为154,闪点为285℃,倾点为-40℃,产品性能优于市售的PAO-40。 Poly-α-olefin(PAO) with high viscosity was synthesized from 1-decene,1-octene,1-dodecene or their mixed olefins with a Ziegler-Natta catalyst system consisting in two-stage reaction temperature combined mode. The effects of raw materials,reaction temperature,reaction time and the catalyst dosage on the yield and properties of PAO were investigated. The optimum process conditions were as follows:taking the mixed olefin(V(1-octene)∶V(1-decene)=1) as the raw material,conducting the first stage polymerization at 20 ℃ for 8 h,the second stage polymerization at 80 ℃ for 2 h,with Al/Ti molar ratio being 3.5 and catalyst dosage being 4%(w). Under this process condition,the yield of the PAO is 91.01%,which has a kinematic viscosity(100 ℃) of 42.03 mm2/s,a viscosity index of 157,a flash point of 288 ℃,and a pour point of-44 ℃. By hydrogenation refining under conditions of reaction temperature being 230 ℃,reaction pressure being 4.0 MPa,GHSV 0.2 h^-1 and hydrogen-oil volume ratio being 300,the hydrogenation product PAO shows a kinematic viscosity(100 ℃) of 41.27 mm^2/s,a viscosity index of 154,a flash point of 285 ℃,and a pour point of-40 ℃,and the product is superior to market PAO-40.
