癸烯-1聚α-烯烃合成油的合成及性质 被引量:34

摘要 聚α-烯烃合成油(PAO)是重要的合成润滑油之一。使用三氟化硼为催化剂对癸烯-1聚合物合成油进行了研究。考察了不同温度、压力、反应时间、引发剂、催化剂与引发剂的摩尔比等工艺条件对癸烯-1聚合及合成油性能的影响。确定了合成聚α-烯烃合成油的最佳工艺条件:温度为30℃,压力为0.4 MPa,反应时间为3 h,以正丁醇作引发剂,催化剂与引发剂的摩尔比为2.0。采用气相色谱法对聚合物合成油的组分进行了分析。在最佳工艺条件下,癸烯-1的转化率为99.8%,二聚物的质量分数为2.5%,三聚物的质量分数为64.5%,四聚物的质量分数为27.5%,五聚物的质量分数为5.6%。采用运动粘度仪和石油产品馏程测定器等仪器研究了聚合物合成油的物化性能,100℃的粘度为4.80 mm2/s,40℃的粘度为23.09 mm2/s,其粘度指数为132,凝点为-60℃。 Poly-alpha-olefin is one kind of important lubricants. The polymerization of 1-decene catalyzed by boron trifluoride catalyst was studied. The properties of the synthesized poly - alpha - olefin lubricant were investigated under various kinds of technological conditiorks, for example, reaction temperature, reaction pressure, reaction time, various kinds of initiator, mole ratio of the catalyst and promoter. The optimum condition for the synthesis of poly alpha - olefin are as follows: the reaction temperature is 30℃, the reaction pressure is 0.4MPa, the reaction time is 3 hours, the initiator is butanol, and the mole ratio of the catalyst to the initiator is 2.0. The components of poly - alpha - olefin lubricants were analyzed using gas chromatograph. Under the optimum technological conditions, the conversion of 1 decene is 99.8 %, the mass fraction of dimer is 2.5 %, the mass fraction of trimer is 64.5 %, the mass fraction of tetramer is 27.5 %, and the mass fraction of pentamer is 5.6 %. The properties of the poly - alpha - olefin oils were studied by kinematical viscometer and petrolic products distilling test instrument. The viscosity is 4.80mm^2/s and 23.09mm^2/s at 100℃ and 40℃, respectively. The viscosity index is 132, the freezing point is -60℃.
