摘要
柠条是治理水土流失和退化沙化草场的先锋植物,是良好的饲草饲料。试验采用Folin-Denis法测定浸提液中单宁含量,并计算得率。在时间、温度、料液比、提取液浓度的单因素试验基础上,通过正交试验进行优化。结果显示,在提取时间40 min、提取温度50℃、溶剂60%丙酮、料液比70 mL/g时,测得单宁的提取率最高达到44.63 mg/g。试验为柠条作为优质饲料资源的开发利用提供参考。
Caragana korshinskii, which is a good forage feed, is a pioneer plant for the control of soil erosion and degraded desertification. The content of tannin in the extract was measured by Folin-Denis method, and the yield was calculated. On the basis of single factor experiment, including time, temperature, solid-liquid ratio and extract concentration, the orthogonal experiment was conducted to optimize the extraction process. The results showed that the content of tannin was up to 44.63 mg/g under the condition of extraction time 40 min, extraction temperature 50 ℃, solvent 60% acetone and material to liquid ratio 70 mL/g. The experiment provides a reference for development and utilization of Caragana korshinskii to be used as a high-quality feed.
