摘要
利用巨菌草为原料进行灵芝栽培试验,筛选菌草栽培灵芝的最佳配方。试验结果表明,在六种不同菌草配方中(巨菌草含量依次为96%、72%、64%、48%、32%、24%),菌丝生长速度与巨菌草含量成正比,巨菌草含量96%时菌丝生长速度最快;巨菌草含量24%,菌丝长势最好,32%～64%时长势其次,72%～96%最差;巨菌草含量48%时产量最高。从菌丝生长速度、菌丝长势、菌袋产量等综合因素考虑,菌草含量为48%时为最优配方:巨菌草48%、木屑48%、石灰2%、白糖2%。
Through Ganoderma lucidum of the mycelial growth rate,mycelium growth,yield and other factors in different Ju Juncao culture medium,the best Ju Juncao formula was screened.Test results showed that,in six different Juncao formula,Mycelial growth fastest is the 96% content of JUNCAO culture medium,Mycelial growth best is the 24% content of JUNCAO culture medium,the highest yields is the 48% content of JUNCAO culture medium.Considering all sorts of factors,the 48% content of JUNCAO culture medium was the optimal formula.
