摘要
目的探讨紫杉醇脂质体治疗晚期食管癌的效果。方法选取我院2016年3月~2017年8月我院收治的晚期食管癌患者40例为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组(20例)、观察组(20例)。对照组采用常规治疗,观察组在此基础上联合紫杉醇脂质体治疗,比较两组的总有效率、不良反应发生率以及死亡率。结果观察组的总有效率为85.00%,高于对照组的55.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的恶心呕吐、血红蛋白减少、肾功能异常、口腔黏膜异常、白细胞减少发生率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗后12个月的死亡率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论紫杉醇脂质体治疗晚期食管癌的效果显著,安全性较高,具有临床应用价值。
Objective To investigate the effect of Paclitaxel Liposome in the treatment of advanced esophageal cancer.Methods Forty patients with advanced esophageal cancer admitted to our hospital from March 2016 to August 2017 were selected as the research objects.The patients were divided into the control group(20 cases)and observation group(20 cases)using the random number table method.The control group was treated with routine treatment,and the observation group was treated with Paclitaxel Liposome on this basis.The total effective rate,incidence of adverse reactions and mortality between the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 85.00%,which was higher than that of the control group(55.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of nausea and vomiting,hemoglobin reduction,renal dysfunction,oral mucosa abnormality and leukopenia in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The mortality of patients in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group at 12 months after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of Paclitaxel Liposome in the treatment of advanced esophageal cancer is significant,and its safety is higher.It has clinical application value.
