摘要
目的:探讨伤口造口护理中心的信息化管理方法,提升护理质量与管理效率。方法:在医院信息化建设的基础上,构建伤口造口信息管理系统,实现基础数据维护、伤口数据录入、统计分析、工作量考核等功能。结果:信息管理系统的应用规范了业务操作流程,完善了病人的诊疗信息及电子健康档案,有效提升了工作效率和护理质量。结论:伤口造口信息管理系统的应用有利于提升工作效率和管理水平。
Objective: To explore the information management method of wound stoma care center, improving nursing quality and management efficiency. Methods: On the basis of hospital information construction, construction of a wound stoma information management system, realization of basic data maintenance, wound data entry, statistical analysis, workload assessment and other functions. Results: The application of the information management system standardizes the business operation process, improves the patient’s diagnosis and treatment information and electronic health files, effectively improves the work efficiency and the quality of nursing. Conclusion: The application of wound stoma information management system is conducive to improving work efficiency and management level.
