摘要
目的:运用科学的研究方法,构建一套适合我国伤口/造口专科护士核心能力的评价指标体系。方法:运用德尔菲法对我国北京、上海、广东、山东等省市的18所三级甲等医院的19名伤口/造口领域专家进行三轮专家函询。结果:专家意见集中程度较高,权威系数为0.90;熟悉程度系数为0.85;判断依据系数为0.95;一、二、三级指标的协调系数分别为0.495、0.472、0.282;最终确立的评价指标体系包括6个一级指标、19个二级指标以及69个三级指标。结论:专家对伤口/造口专科护士核心能力评价指标意见较一致,科学性和可靠性较高,可以为伤口/造口专科护士的培养和评价提供参考依据。
Objective： To construct a core competency framework for wound/ostomy nurse specialist. Methods： Nineteen wound/ostomy certified specialists from tertiary hospitals in Beijing, Shanghai, Guangdong, and Shandong were consulted with three-round Delphi studies. Results： The degree of experts＇ opinion concentration were very high. The authority of the expert advisory coefficient was 0.90, familiar coefficient was 0.85, and determination coefficient was 0.95. The coordination coefficient of primary and secondary and third indicators were 0.495, 0.472, 0.282, respectively. The indicator system consisted of 6 first-level indicators, 19 second-level indicators and 69 third-level indicators. Conclusion： The core competence evaluation index system is reliable and valid. It can provide reference standards for training and evaluation ofwound/ostomy nurse specialist.
