摘要
面对我国高等职业教育发展的新态势,“双师型”教师队伍建设越来越受重视,社会公众也随之对高职教师提出了更高的要求,建设“双师型”教师队伍已经成为我国高职教育改革的关键。本文针对目前高职院校“双师型”教师队伍建设存在的问题,对标国外职业教师队伍建设的多维路径,提出了高职院校“双师型”教师队伍建设路径,提出拓宽引才途径、深化校企合作、健全评价激励机制和完善培养培训体系等措施,为新时代高职院校“双师型”教师队伍建设提供新思路。
In the face of the new situation of the development of higher vocational education in our country,the construction of“double-qualified”teachers has been paid more and more attention to,and the public has put forward higher requirements for higher vocational teachers.The construction of“double-qualified”teachers has become the key to the reform of higher vocational education in our country.In view of the existing problems in the construction of“double-qualified”teachers in higher vocational colleges,and aiming at the multi-dimensional path of the construction of foreign vocational teachers,this paper puts forward the construction path of“double-qualified”teachers in higher vocational colleges and some measures,such as widening the ways of introducing talents,deepening the cooperation between schools and enterprises,perfecting the evaluation and incentive mechanism and perfecting the cultivation and training system,which provides new ideas for the construction of“double-qualified”teachers in higher vocational colleges in the new era.
