摘要
Cloud VR将是5G的重要应用。Cloud VR是在VR业务中引入了云计算、云渲染的理念及技术,将云端的声音输出及视频输出通过压缩编码,凭借高速稳定的网络传输到终端设备,实现VR业务内容上云,渲染上云。云化的VR引入新的时延,而边缘计算技术作为5G的关键技术之一,在靠近接入侧的边缘机房部署网关、服务器等,将低时延业务的数据在边缘服务器处理和传输,进而降低时延、减少回传压力,有效提高了用户体验。
Cloud VR will be an important application for 5G.Cloud VR introduces the concept and technology of cloud computing and cloud rendering in the VR business.The sound output and video output of the cloud are compressed and encoded,and transmitted to the terminal device by means of a high-speed and stable network,so that the VR service content is clouded and rendered on the cloud.The clouded VR introduces a new delay.As one of the key technologies of 5G,edge computing technology deploys gateways and servers in the edge equipment room close to the access side to process and transmit data of low-latency services at the edge server,thereby reducing delay and reducing back-pressure.Effectively improve the user experience.
