摘要
传统中药蒲公英是治疗乳腺炎、盆腔炎等妇科炎证疾病的良药,其在促生育方面的作用在世界各地都具有悠久的应用历史。本文通过查阅近几年蒲公英的药理及临床研究方面的相关文献,了解到蒲公英及其有效成分不仅在妇科炎症及促生育方面有了新研究进展,而且其研究领域也涉及到乳腺癌、色素斑、更年期综合征等妇科疾病。本文通过整理相关研究结果,对其进行归纳总结,为蒲公英在妇科领域的进一步研究及开发提供参考。
As a traditional Chinese medicine,dandelion is a good medicine for the treatment of gynecological inflammation diseases such as mastitis and pelvic inflammatory disease.It has a long application history in promoting fertility throughout the world.In this paper,by reviewing the relevant literatures on the pharmacology and clinical research of dandelion in recent years,and we found that dandelion and its active ingredients not only had new research development in gynecological inflammation and fertility promotion,but also it was related to other gynecological diseases such as breast cancer,Pigmented plaque,menopausal syndrome etc.In this paper,we reviewed and summarized the relevant research results,and provided reference for the further research and development of dandelion in the field of gynecology.
