摘要
作为应用广泛的传统中药,现代研究揭示了蒲公英复杂的化学成分、药理活性及作用机制,近年来蒲公英在治疗乳腺癌的临床研究达到了一个新的高度。本文对蒲公英的化学成分研究、药理作用及其机制和临床研究方面进行综述,为蒲公英的深入研究和应用提供参考。
Dandelion is a widely used traditional Chinese medicine.Modern research has revealed its complex chemical composition,pharmacological activity and mechanismofaction.Especially in recent years,the clinical research of dandelion in the treatment of breast cancer has reached a new height.This article reviews the chemical constituents,pharmacological effects,mechanisms and clinical research of dandelion,and provides references for the in-depth research and application of dandelion.
