摘要
北宋时期,黄河水情的复杂多变、火灾以及日常管理不善等因素都极易造成黄河桥梁的严重损毁。面对这种局面,宋廷采取多种举措对黄河桥梁进行维护,并建立起一套较为有效的奖惩机制,以利于黄河两岸人员通行和物资运输。同时,黄河日常守卫、人员、物资盘查的加强及桥梁税的征收,则进一步赋予北宋黄河桥梁更多的功能。较之前代,宋廷对黄河桥梁的管理与维护更为完备,且其浓厚的军事功能更是具有鲜明的时代特色。
In the North Song Dynasty,the complex and changeable water conditions,fire and poor daily management of the Yellow River were very easy to cause serious damage to the Yellow River bridges.Facing this situation,the Song Dynasty took various measures to carry out the maintenance of the Yellow River bridges,and established a set of more effective reward and punishment mechanism,which had a positive role and significance in facilitating the passage of personnel and material transportation on both sides of the Yellow River.At the same time,the levy of the Yellow River bridges tax and the strengthening of daily guards,personnel and material checks further endowed the Yellow River bridges in the North Song Dynasty with more functions.Compared with the previous dynasties,the management and maintenance of the Yellow River bridges by the Song Dynasty was more complete,and its strong military function had distinct characteristics of the times.
