摘要
运用文献资料法、调查访谈法、现场观察法、指标检测法等,对杨家玉备战伦敦世锦赛期间的赛前高原训练计划与安排进行探讨和分析。这次高原备战计划思路清晰、目标明确,训练内容主要体现在体能训练、运动技能训练和疲劳恢复训练3个方面,各项训练内容紧密围绕伦敦世锦赛比赛展开,注重针对性、实战性和科学性。
Using method of literature data,interview survey,on-site observation,index detection,this thesis discusses and analyzes YANG Jiayu's pre-match plateau training plan and arrangement during the World Championships in London.The coach's plan for the plateau training had clear thinking and goals.The training content is mainly reflected in the three as-pects:performances,skills and recoveries,which are closely related to the World Championships in London,focusing on pertinence,practicality and scientificity.
